The Day-Of Event Management & Coordination is offering assistance and coordination on your big day. This package is suitable for clients that love to add their own handmade personal touches to their events. The team at Kayza events will be there on the day of the event to handle all the “On-the-Day” details and ensure that everything runs smoothly. Prior to your big day, we will contact all vendors to confirm arrangements for the day and serve as the first point of contact for all suppliers as well as your guests on the day. We work to ensure everything goes to plan. Our team will be the first to arrive on the day, covering all aspects from early preparations of the ceremony to the end.
